Elena holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Quimico de Sarria and an EMBA from Instituto de Empresa and has extensive experience in innovation and business development in B2B ingredient companies. Her focus is transitioning the cosmetic industry from synthetic to natural formulations.
Johan Petterson

Johan has an engineering degree with a MSc in biotechnology from Lunds Tekniska Högskola, and works as a Product Development Manager at the Scientific Competence Center in Karlshamn, Sweden. He specialises in lipid crystallisation, physical chemistry and surface chemistry. Johan works with product development, troubleshooting and conducts research in the area of lipid crystallisation.
