Elena is responsible for driving the innovation pipeline and commercial product devepment within the Personal Care division at AAK. Elena holds an M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Instituto Quimico de Sarria and an EMBA from Instituto de Empresa and has extensive experience in innovation and business development in B2B ingredient companies. Her focus is transitioning the cosmetic industry from synthetic to natural formulations.

Åsa holds an MSc in Chemistry from Lund University and has over 12 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, holding technical positions in both B2C and B2B companies
